I honestly find it funny. They act like Alibaba never cared about Morgiana until he thought that she was in love with him. Like he never showed her kindness, love, friendship, loyalty or anything slightly emotional.

Morgiana was never just a soldier for Alibaba, he always cared about her deeply. Maybe the hint that she loved him was what he needed to love her back, who cares if that’s the case? We can just fall in love with someone, that happens all the time. The thing is that after she said that he was mistaken and she didn’t understand her feelings well, he was still determined to stay with her as we can clearly see when Kouen proposed the marriage thing and he thought about Morgiana. 

Maybe he didn’t love her for the start, but from my point of view he obviously loves her now and that’s more than enough for me.

I’m a huge Hakumor shipper but I need to admit that “alibaba never cared about morgiana”  is a bullshit. I mean, the number of times that he blushed at her doesn’t lie hehehe

Is that because people love Alikou that they have to make it seem like Morgiana is only his friend when it’s not true? I saw an Alikou shipper claim that Alimor was not canon and felt flimsy and fake. Well, it’s canon, so…I don’t know what to say about it. 

Honestly, if we go for the logic that Alibaba only sees Morgiana as girlfriend material we can as well say that he only sees Kougyoku as a way to get Balbadd back.
