Kouen and his Goatee

I’ve been wanting to do this for a long time, but I was waiting for the manga to reveal what Hakutoku Ren looked like, since I suspected that he too had a goatee.

The inspiration:

It seems Kouen’s uncle and role model, Hakutoku, was the reason why Kouen started thinking beards make one look cool:

The Decision:

Three years after the fire incident when Kouen was twenty, he decided to grow a goatee to look dignified, omake credit to Ohmarhgawd:
